At BDS Connected Solutions (November 2022-Current), I work as a Results Specialist for the marketing company, focusing on the client Meta. I strive to provide excellent customer service, process orders, and respond to marketing managers' inquiries regarding order status and tracking. Other duties include managing online orders and data, generating reports, communicating with the warehouse, invoicing orders, supporting sales and marketing, and performing general office tasks. I thrive in a business atmosphere and work effectively as part of a team.
Previously, I worked as a High-Risk Transaction Investigator for Intuit Inc. (May 2022-November 2022). My role involved verifying businesses' ownership and checking various legal documents, including business ownership records, IDs, and other relevant legal documents. The main responsibility was to investigate high-risk transactions and assess potential associated risks. To perform this job, I had to have strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills to analyze and interpret complex information. Additionally, I had to possess knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements. My duties also included preparing reports and communicating findings to the relevant parties.
My role at Imagine Learning (May 2021-May 2022) was a Data Specialist/Integration role at Imagine Learning. The responsibilities include managing and supporting the integration process for customers, developing, testing, and deploying integrations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, working with internal groups, providing training, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing and modifying processes to follow best practices. Required skills include strong customer service, team-building, and proficiency with software such as Excel, Power BI, JIRA, Trello, NetSuite, and Slack.
